La suite Office per Android sta per arricchirsi della funzionalità Tell Me

Microsoft ha annunciato proprio in queste ore un aggiornamento per la release beta di Office per Android, che arriva alla versione v16.0.6925.1002 e che coinvolge gli applicativi World, Excel e PowerPoint.

Il suddetto aggiornamento introdurrebbe una feature denominata Tell Me piuttosto interessante. In sostanza grazie a Tell Me potete scrivere ad Office ciò che volete fare e Office stesso vi guiderà attraverso una serie di passaggi alla realizzazione di quanto avete chiesto.

Funzionalità davvero interessante, ma non è dato sapere al momento se è effettivamente disponibile anche nella versione italiana della beta della suite Office per Android. Al momento abbiamo da mostrarvi il change log in inglese delle suddette app. In tutte e tre le applicazioni si può notare la presenza di Tell Me. Vediamo quali sono anche le altre novità.

Word

• Tell Me: Simply type what you want to do in the app using your own words, and then Tell Me will guide through the process as well as offer additional resources.
• Merge and split cells: You can now merge cells to make a heading span across columns, or split cells to show the right level of details.
• Reply with your edited document: No extra steps for editing an attachment and sending it back on the same thread. Just open Outlook from Word and reply

Excel

• Copy an entire worksheet: No need to start from scratch! Get a worksheet set up just the way you line, and then duplicate it.
• Tell Me: Simply type what you want to do in the app using your own words, and then Tell Me will guide through the process as well as offer additional resources.
• Reply with your edited spreadsheet: No extra steps for editing an attachment and sending it back on the same thread. Just open Outlook from Excel and reply.

PowerPoint
