Google annuncerà anche il Nexus Q, un Android Media Player?
Se già vi è molto fermento intorno alla notizia dell'arrivo di un Nexus Tablet da 7 pollici, una simile notizia aumenterebbe solo i molti dubbi che si hanno su cosa Google presenterà al Google I/O. Un utente di DroidLife infatti, nelle ultime ore, si è imbattuto in due curiose appendici sul Google Play Store.
Una delle due appendici si riferiva al Nexus 7, ovvero l'ipotetico tablet da 7 pollici prodotto da ASUS e con a bordo la nuova versione di Android, 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Nexus 7 Addendum

The Nexus 7 has built-in Wi-Fi. You are solely responsible for obtaining internet connectivity through an internet service provider as the Nexus 7 does not support mobile connectivity.
In order to use the Nexus 7, you understand that you will need your own 802.11a/b/g/n access point Wi-Fi router.
The Nexus 7 is manufactured by ASUSTeK Computer Inc., whose principal place of business is at ASUSTeK Computer Inc., Nr. 15 Li-Te Road, Peitou, Taipei 112, Taiwan (“ASUS”).
ASUS provides a limited warranty for the Nexus 7. Please refer to the warranty card in the Nexus 7 package or ASUS for details on the ASUS limited warranty.
Fin qui niente di nuovo, se non che l'utente si è imbattuto in un'ulteriore appendice che fa riferimento ad un "fantomatico" Nexus Q; leggendo velocemente l'appendice si intuisce che questo dispositivo sarebbe una sorta di media center o un player, con accesso a Play Music, Play Movies e YouTube.
Sarà dotato di Wi-Fi e presa ethernet e avrà bisogno di un dispositivo di supporto dotato almeno di Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
