lg p690 NFC?

hie everybdy.. I was just browsing stock rom..and dialed the secret code 3845#*690# and i got an option named ENG NFC Test..

As the UK version of optimus net (lgp692)..has NFC enabled..

so i was wondering does our p690 also contain NFC chip But it is disabled?

as we can see on this site NFC | xda-developers
it says many phones have NFC but its disabled..

and we can also see on this thread [MOD] NFC on AT&T Stock ROM (CWM) - xda-developers
they have successfully enabled NFC on galaxy note..

so i was thinking is it possible to enable NFC on our P690..by doing some tweak or porting it from LG P692..

I am not any developer..i just saw this things..and thought could it be possible..if yes..can somebody please do it?

I think isn't possible enable NFC on our phone...
And I think you can have more answers on XDA, when there are some people with a LG P692
