Mad Catz presenta la nuova tastiera NFC-Bluetooth S.T.R.I.K.E.M per il gaming su Android
La società Mad Catz si è già fatta ultimamente un nome nel panorama Android grazie alla console M.O.J.O., dotata di Android e di un hardware di eccezione, che a differenza della concorrente OUYA potrà contare sul supporto del Play Store di Google. Mad Catz è comunque già famosa nel settore videoludico per la produzione di accessori dedicati ai gamer più incalliti, come controller, tastiere e mouse di eccezione. Nelle ultime ore l'azienda ha annunciato ufficialmente un nuovo prodotto volto al mercato mobile e, più in particolare, proprio ad Android.
Si tratta della tastiera S.T.R.I.K.E.M ovviamente dedicata al gaming, come tutti i prodotti di Mad Catz. Questa volta però la tastiera è dedicata al settore del mobile gaming, e lo si capisce subito anche dal tipo di connessione di cui è dotata. S.T.R.I.K.E.
M può infatti contare su un chip NFC per la connessione rapida con i dispositivi Android che sono dotati della tecnologia; ovviamente il dispositivo è anche dotato di ricevitore bluetooth con il quale è facile connettere anche tutti gli smartphone e i tablet sprovvisti del chip.La tastiera sarà disponibile in tre colori, rosso, nero e bianco, ad un prezzo ancora non noto. Il prodotto dovrebbe arrivare sul mercato per le feste natalizie. Ovviamente S.T.R.I.K.E.M può anche essere vista come un'ottima compagna di gioco per la console M.O.J.O., mentre non siamo sicuri della sua compatibilità con l'avversaria OUYA (in teoria la console è dotata di ricevitore Bluetooth). The S.T.R.I.K.E.M features micro P.U.L.S.E. scissor keys for crisp actuation with a tactile click response and an Optical Finger Navigation (OFN) Mouse Sensor with dedicated mouse buttons. Powered by a rechargeable Lithium Polymer Battery, the S.T.R.I.K.E.Mfeatures illuminated backlighting for use in darkened environments, dedicated media buttons with volume scroll wheel and on board memory used for storing multiple macro commands. The S.T.R.I.K.E.M will be available in gloss black, gloss white and gloss red.
