Kobo pronta a lanciare i suoi nuovi tablet il prossimo 16 Ottobre

Oggi il produttore canadese Kobo ha annunciato i suoi tre nuovi tablet: l'Arc 7, l'Arc 7HD e l'Arc 10HD, fissandone l'uscita definitiva sul mercato per il 16 Ottobre di quest'anno.

I tre modelli sono molto vicini agli ultimi Kindle Fire con due sostanziali differenze: Android 4.2.2 e l'accesso al Google Play Store.

Il Kobo Arc 7, che potete vedere nell'immagine in alto, è il più piccolo della famiglia. Il display da 7 pollici è in grado di gestire una risoluzione di 1024 x 600 px mentre la CPU MTK quad-core da 1.2Ghz con 1GB di RAM e 8GB di memoria interna ne fanno un ottimo prodotto se consideriamo il prezzo di 149$.

Chi invece vuole qualcosa in più può scegliere l'Arc 7HD (figura in alto) che oltre a gestire una risoluzione di schermo di 1920 x 1200 px, integra un processore Tegra 3 con 1GB di RAM, una fotocamera frontale da 1.3 megapixel ed una batteria che garantisce autonomia per 8 ore filate.

L'Arc 7HD viene venduto a 199.99$ nella versione da 8GB e a 249$ in quella da 16GB.

Il modello di punta, l'Arc 10HD che vedete nell'immagine in alto, è quello in grado di competere con i migliori tablet Android attualmente sul mercato. Il display da 10 pollici assicura una risoluzione di 2560 x 1600 px, il processore è un NVIDIA Tegra 4 sostenuto da ben 2 GB di RAM, la fotocamera frontale resta da 1.3 megapixel mentre è integrata la connettività Bluetooth 4.0.
