50 GB gratuiti su Box con gli smartphone Xperia anche nel 2013

Poco tempo fa, a proposito del Nexus 4, avevamo parlato dell'accordo tra Box ed LG, che garantiva 50 GB a vita di spazio cloud agli acquirenti di un modello del'azienda coreana. In realtà nell'offerta era coinvolta anche Sony, ma per entrambe le aziende la promozione doveva terminare con la fine dell'anno in corso. Non sarà così per il colosso giapponese (non abbiamo notizie in merito per LG), che ha appena annunciato di aver rinnovato il vitalizio regalo di 50 GB ai suoi clienti, anche per tutto il 2013.

L'unica clausola della quale tenere conto, è che non sono coinvolti nell'offerta i modelli precedenti ad Android 2.1. Per tutti gli altri sarà un anno nuovo all'insegna del cloud, e soprattutto siamo convinti che con questa mossa Sony voglia attirare maggiormente l'attenzione su di sé, proprio in occasione dell'imminente e "spendaccione" Natale. Xperia™ and Box® renew partnership through 2013

Today, we're excited to announce we've extended our partnership with Box until the end of 2013!

Announced before the 2011 festive season and initially running for a year – Xperia smartphone* and Sony tablet users can now grab free 50GB cloud storage for life, by signing-up or accessing existing Box accounts from their devices before 31st December 2013.

Box is an online file sharing and cloud content management service – it makes life that bit easier by allowing you to share and access content from anywhere, anytime.

Whether it be images, videos, apps, documents (you name it), you can store, share and access files from any of your connected devices – computer, smartphone, tablet and internet enabled TV.
